Food & drinks
What is the full price for our guest count? Are service, staffing and rentals included? When is the final guest count due? How are approved meal requests handled?
Photography
How many hours and finished images are included? When will we receive them? Is a second photographer included? Who covers the event if you cannot attend?
Music & sound
Can you handle our ceremony, entrance and dance cues? What sound equipment is included? Who checks microphones and the slideshow audio? What is the backup plan?
Décor & flowers
Which colors, quantities and rentals are included? Can we review a sample layout? When do you set up and collect rentals? What happens if an item is unavailable?
