AI Is Not Dead. Your Business Needs a Better Way to Use It.

A practical guide to using AI for small-business marketing: start with real business facts, keep human review, and connect every piece of content to a useful next step.

Start with the job you need finished

A tool can give you a caption in seconds and still leave you wondering what to post. It can write a page that sounds polished without explaining your actual business. That frustration is a good reason to change the way you use it.

At LUNAYMAS, our view is simple: AI is useful when it helps finish a specific job. A clearer service description. A first draft of a promotion. A list of questions your customers need answered. The goal is work your business can actually use.

Give AI facts before asking for marketing

Imagine a taco shop promoting a lunch special. “Write something exciting about tacos” gives the tool almost nothing to work with. Give it the actual price, hours, location, items included, language, and ordering instructions. Ask for one short caption that makes those details easy to understand.

Then check the result. Did it invent a discount? Change the address? Mention delivery you do not offer? Replace a familiar Spanish phrase with something awkward? You know your business. Your review is part of the work.

Use one offer across the whole customer journey

A promotion should connect. The Instagram post introduces the offer. The Story links to the relevant page. The page explains what is included and shows customers how to order, book, call, or request a quote.

AI can help adapt that message for each format. Keep the dates, prices, and conditions consistent. If a customer taps your Story and lands on an unrelated homepage, even a great caption has left them with more work.

Human review protects your voice

For bilingual marketing, a literal translation is only a starting point. Read the Spanish version out loud. Does it sound like something you would say to a customer? Are the English and Spanish offers equally clear? Check names, accents, hours, and contact details in both versions.

Use your own project photos, actual service descriptions, and customer feedback you have permission to share. A made-up testimonial or an exaggerated promise can damage the trust your business worked to earn.

What about Google, SEO, and AEO?

Google's guidance allows useful uses of generative AI, such as helping research or structure original content. Publishing many pages that add little value can violate its spam policies.

For Google's AI search features, established SEO practices still apply. AEO means answer engine optimization; use the idea to improve answers to customer questions. There is no special markup that guarantees inclusion in Google's AI results.

Try this with one service today

Choose one service or offer. Write down five facts: who it helps, what is included, where you serve customers, how pricing works, and what the customer should do next.

Ask AI to turn those facts into a short service introduction, three customer questions with answers, and one Instagram caption. Review every detail. Put the approved information on the right website page, then share a Story link to that page.

Measure the next action: inquiries, bookings, or orders. Likes can tell you something about a post, but they do not tell you whether a customer could complete the task.

Let LUNAYMAS help finish the work

You can bring the business information and let LUNAYMAS help shape it into finished digital work: website copy, flyers, social graphics, and materials in English, Spanish, or both. Larger campaigns and ongoing support need a clearly defined scope.

AI can help you start. Clear facts, useful design, and human judgment help you finish. Tell us what your business needs and request a free custom quote at lunaymas.com/contact.
