Yes. Start from a product page without an account. Review your brief before the payment step.
What if I am not sure which product to choose?

Search by what you want done, such as thank-you card, estimate, or presentation. Check the product scope and use Custom Request if you need help deciding.
What information should I prepare?
Your brief
Have your business name, important wording or facts, preferred colors, and logo ready. The form asks additional questions for your product: slide topics for a presentation, or quantities and prices for an estimate.
Can you write the wording for me?
Your brief
Supply the facts and tell us what wording you need. Names, dates, prices, contact details, and claims need to come from you. Review the resulting wording before approving it.
Can I reuse my logo?
Your brief
Upload your original logo with your order. Saved Brand reuses your business text, colors and style. Uploading a logo does not mean it has already been placed into a design; placement must be checked in the finished proof.
What if I do not have a logo?

Choose the no-logo option. A new logo is a separate product with its own scope; it is not automatically included in another order.
Can I order in English or Spanish?

Choose English, Español, or Both in the intake. Confirm whether both languages mean one bilingual layout or separate versions when your scope is reviewed.
Which files will I receive?
Files & editing
Your confirmed scope lists the exact files. Graphics may include PNG and JPEG; documents DOCX and PDF; presentations PPTX and PDF; estimates XLSX and PDF; web work HTML, CSS, and ZIP. Formats depend on the product.
Can I edit the finished work?
Files & editing
Where included, the editable source is delivered with the exports. PPTX edits slides, DOCX edits documents, XLSX edits calculations, and SVG can edit vector text and shapes. PNG and JPEG are flattened images. Check the source format before confirming.
Is an SVG always a real vector file?
Files & editing
The vector deliverable must contain editable paths, text, or shapes. Putting a PNG inside an SVG does not make the picture vector. Complex illustrations may require a different production method.
Is every PDF ready for printing?

No. Printing needs the correct physical size, resolution, and any bleed or color requirements from your printer. Tell us you need print output during intake and provide those requirements.
Where do I download my files?

Approved files appear in your private Order Center. Download them individually or as a ZIP. Earlier approved versions remain available during revisions. Keep a local backup of your final files.
How do I request a change?

Open the delivered order and describe the changes together in one revision request. State the wording, color, or placement you want changed so the next version is clear.
What do revisions cost?
Revisions
Two revision rounds within the agreed scope are included. Production errors are corrected free. Additional scope receives a separate quote before paid work begins.
When does the delivery clock start?

After payment is verified and the required intake is complete. Staging time estimates are launch targets; product-specific commitments still need validation.
Does someone check the finished work?

Yes. The launch workflow requires human approval before release. Automated content checks support that review; a numeric score alone does not prove a file looks right.
Will I receive email updates?

Email delivery is not yet connected in this staging environment. Check your account for status. We must verify notification delivery before promising email updates at launch.
Do you offer videos?

No. Video production is outside the LUNAYMAS launch scope.
How is music produced?
Scope
Music and jingles are handled personally by the LUNAYMAS team. All categories are fulfilled by people using appropriate production tools.
Where are commercial-use terms shown?
Rights
The approved delivery includes the applicable commercial-use notice and any asset restrictions. Check those terms with your order. An editable file or AI-generated image does not by itself establish exclusive rights.
Can I upload any photo, logo, or music?
Rights
Upload material you have permission to use. Tell us about restrictions so they can be considered during review.
Is purchasing open?
Staging
No. The 80-product launch catalog is being prepared for human fulfillment. Payment remains disabled until launch is explicitly authorized.
