Information you provide

We collect contact and business details, creative briefs, uploaded files, order communications and optional Saved Brand information to review requests and fulfill custom digital work. Account credentials are handled by our authentication provider.

How information is used

We use project information to prepare quotes, manage orders, create and review deliverables, provide downloads, handle revisions and respond to support requests. LUNAYMAS staff use approved hosting, storage, communication and production tools, including Supabase, Render, ChatGPT and Canva, as needed to provide the service.

Access and sharing

Customer project files are intended for the customer and authorized LUNAYMAS staff. Private download links expire; anyone who receives an active link may be able to use it, so keep your order links private. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification or unrelated sensitive records in a creative brief.

Storage and your choices

We retain information needed to fulfill orders, provide support and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records where required. Signing in uses browser storage to maintain your account session.

Portfolio use

Customer files are not automatically public portfolio samples. Public samples are separately prepared examples or work authorized for publication.
