Information you provide

We collect adult organizer contact details, event-design requests, creative briefs, order communications and files supplied through the agreed project process to review requests and fulfill custom digital work. Account credentials are handled by our authentication provider.

How information is used

We use project information to prepare quotes, manage orders, create and review deliverables, provide downloads, handle revisions and respond to support requests. LUNAYMAS staff use approved hosting, storage, communication and production tools, including Supabase, Render, ChatGPT and Canva, as needed to provide the service.

Payments and service providers

We use Stripe to process payments. LUNAYMAS does not receive or store your full payment-card number. Stripe receives payment and fraud-prevention information under its own privacy terms. Other approved providers receive only the information reasonably needed to host the site, store files, send messages or help produce your order. Stripe Privacy Policy.

Cookies and browser storage

LUNAYMAS uses essential browser storage and may use necessary cookies or similar session technologies to keep sign-in, security, language preferences and checkout working. We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal information. Stripe and other service providers may use their own technologies under their privacy policies.

Traffic analytics

We use cookie-free first-party analytics to understand visits, page views, referral sources, campaign tags, approximate country, device type, selected language, time zone and checkout steps. We do not store raw IP addresses or full referring URLs. A one-way identifier that rotates monthly is used to estimate visitors and sessions. Analytics records are kept for up to 13 months. We honor supported browser privacy signals and do not use this data for cross-site advertising.

Event-design inquiries

An initial inquiry stores the adult organizer’s name and email, celebration type, requested design, its purpose and an optional preferred delivery date. Do not send guest lists, private addresses, photos or minors’ personal details in this inquiry. We will confirm the necessary materials and an appropriate sharing method before an order. Inquiry review is limited to authorized staff.

Access and sharing

Customer project files are intended for the customer and authorized LUNAYMAS staff. Private download links expire; anyone who receives an active link may be able to use it, so keep your order links private. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identification or unrelated sensitive records in a creative brief.

Storage and your choices

Customer uploads, working files and delivered files remain available for 90 days after delivery so we can complete included revisions and support the order. Download and back up your final files during that period; after 90 days, project files may be removed without notice. We may keep limited order, payment, tax and communication records longer when reasonably needed for accounting, fraud prevention, support or legal obligations. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. We may verify your identity and retain records where required by law.

Portfolio use

Customer files are not automatically public portfolio samples. Public samples are separately prepared examples or work authorized for publication.

Children and policy updates

The LUNAYMAS events service is intended for adult organizers and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The updated date above shows the current version.
