What you purchase

LUNAYMAS provides finished custom digital work for events. The product page and confirmed brief define the included scope, dimensions, language and file formats. Printing, physical products, hosting subscriptions and third-party fees are included only when expressly stated.

Payment, cancellations and refunds

Payment is required before production begins and is processed securely through Stripe. You may request cancellation for a full refund before production starts. Because each order is custom, orders are generally non-refundable after production begins. If LUNAYMAS cannot deliver the purchased scope, we will refund the amount paid for the undelivered order. Duplicate charges and verified billing errors will be corrected. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Your information and materials

Provide accurate facts, wording and assets you have permission to use. You are responsible for approving the final wording, dates, event details and any regulated or specialized content. We may request missing information before proceeding.

Turnaround

The usual first-delivery window for finished event files is 48–72 hours after payment and receipt of all required information and materials. Revision timing is agreed separately. This is a usual target, not an unconditional guarantee. Scope changes, missing information and third-party approvals can affect timing.

Revisions and corrections

Event products from $5–$15 include two customer-requested revision rounds. Products from $20–$30 include three. Production mistakes are corrected free and do not consume those revisions. A new direction or other expanded scope may require a separate quote.

Review, delivery and rights

A human reviews finished work before release. Download files through your LUNAYMAS Order Center and keep a backup. After full payment, you may use the original final work delivered for your event. Editable source files are included only as specified. Third-party fonts, photos, music and other licensed assets remain subject to their applicable licenses; delivery does not imply exclusive ownership of those assets.

Custom requests

An event-design request is reviewed for a free quote. Submitting a request does not create a paid order or authorize a charge. Additional services require separately agreed scope.

Governing law and venue

These Terms and any dispute arising from an order are governed by Nevada law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any court proceeding must be brought in a state or federal court located in Clark County, Nevada, unless applicable consumer law requires another forum. Contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue informally.

Questions or problems

Contact LUNAYMAS promptly about cancellation, delivery or a problem with the work so we can review your order and available remedy. Nothing here limits rights provided by applicable law.
